Welcome to Primeversity! This guide will help you get the most out of your learning experience on our platform.

Getting Started

Creating Your Account

Step 1: Access Registration

• Click “Login” located in the top right corner of the homepage
• Alternatively, click “Start Learning”, select a course then click “Start Course” – you will be requested to register to gain access

Step 2: Fill in Your Information

• Email address
• Password
• Full name

Step 3: Verify Your Email

• Check your inbox for a verification email
• Click the verification link
• You’re ready to start learning!

Logging In

• Click “Login” in the top navigation
• Enter your email and password

Finding and Enrolling in Courses

Browsing Courses

Browse by Category

• Navigate to “Courses” in the main menu
• Choose from Business, Tech, or specific subcategories

Use the Search Bar

• Type keywords related to what you want to learn
• Example: “AI tools”, “startup”, “Canva”

Filter and Sort

• Filter by: Price, Level (Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced), Rating
• Sort by: Newest, Most Popular, Highest Rated

Course Preview

Before enrolling, review the course details:

• Course Overview: What you’ll learn
• Instructor Profile: Who’s teaching
• Curriculum: See all sections and lessons
• Reviews: Read what other students say
• Price: One-time purchase for 12 months access

Enrolling in a Course

Step 1: Start Enrollment

• Click “Enroll Now” or “Buy Now”
• Review the course price

Step 2: Proceed to Checkout

• Review your order
• Enter payment information

Step 3: Complete Payment

• We accept major credit cards and payment methods
• You’ll receive an order confirmation email

Step 4: Access Your Course

• Course is immediately available in “My Courses”
• Start learning right away!

Taking Your Course

Accessing Your Courses

Go to Your Dashboard

• Click “My Courses” or “Dashboard” in the navigation

Click on Any Course to Start

• All your enrolled courses appear here
• See your progress for each course

Navigating Course Content

Course Structure:

• Sections: Major topics within the course
• Lessons: Individual learning units (videos, text, resources)
• Quizzes: Test your knowledge

Watching Lessons

Open a Lesson

• Click on a Lesson to open it

Video Controls:

• Play/Pause
• Volume control
• Playback speed (0.5x to 2x)
• Fullscreen mode

Mark as Complete

• Click “Mark Complete” when you finish a lesson
• This tracks your progress

Reading Text Lessons

• Text lessons include written content, images, and resources
• Read at your own pace
• Download any attachments or resources provided

Downloading Resources

Many courses include downloadable materials:

• PDF guides
• Templates
• Worksheets
• Checklists

Look for the download icon or link in lessons.

Quizzes and Assessments

Taking Quizzes

Step 1: Navigate to the Quiz

• Find the quiz within your course

Step 2: Read Instructions Carefully

• Note the passing score
• Number of attempts allowed

Step 3: Answer Questions

• Multiple choice, true/false, or short answer
• Take your time and review before submitting

Step 4: Submit Your Answers

• Click “Submit Quiz”
• View your results immediately

Quiz Tips

• Review lesson content before taking quizzes
• Read each question carefully
• Don’t rush – you usually have multiple attempts
• Take notes during video lessons for reference

Retaking Quizzes

• If you don’t pass on the first try, you can retake most quizzes
• Review the lessons again before your next attempt
• Focus on areas where you got questions wrong

Tracking Your Progress

Course Progress Bar

• See how much of each course you’ve completed
• Located at the top of each course page

Dashboard Overview

Your dashboard shows:

• All enrolled courses
• Current progress percentage
• Recently accessed courses
• Completed courses

Certificates of Completion

Earning Your Certificate

Complete All Required Lessons

• Watch all videos
• Complete all quizzes with passing scores
• Mark all lessons as complete

Certificate Unlocks Automatically

• Once you complete 100% of the course requirements
• Certificate becomes available in your dashboard

Download or Share Your Certificate

• Download as PDF
• Share on LinkedIn
• Add to your resume or portfolio

Certificate Details

Your certificate includes:

• Your name
• Course title
• Completion date

Asking Questions and Getting Help

Course Q&A Section

Access Q&A

• Look for the “Q&A” tab within your course

Ask a Question

• Click “Ask Question”
• Be specific about what you need help with
• Include lesson number if applicable

Browse Existing Questions

• Your question might already be answered
• Search or scroll through previous Q&A
• Upvote helpful answers

Response Time

• Instructors typically respond within 24-48 hours
• Other students may also help answer your questions
• Check back regularly for responses

Course Reviews and Ratings

Leaving a Review

After completing significant portions of a course:

Rate the Course (1-5 stars)

Write a Review

• Share what you learned
• Mention what you liked
• Provide constructive feedback

Help Other Students

• Your honest review helps others choose the right courses
• Be respectful and constructive

Account Settings

Updating Your Profile

Go to Your Account Settings

• Click your profile icon
• Select “Profile”

Update Information

• Profile photo
• Name
• Email
• Username
• Billing info

Password and Security

• Change your password regularly
• Use a strong, unique password
• Enable two-factor authentication if available

Payment and Billing

Viewing Your Orders

• Access “Order History” in your account
• See all purchased courses
• Download invoices

Refund Policy

• Review our refund policy on the Support page
• Contact support if you have issues with a course
• Include order number and reason for refund request

Can’t Mark Lesson as Complete:
