At Primeversity, we want every learner to have a positive experience. If a course doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a fair and transparent refund policy to protect your investment.
This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request them, and what to expect during the process.
You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchasing a course if:
✅ You are not satisfied with the course content
✅ The course does not match the description
✅ You experienced technical issues that prevented you from accessing the course
✅ You purchased the course by mistake

Full Refund: 100% of the course purchase price is refunded to your original payment method.
Payment Processing Fees: Unfortunately, payment processing fees (charged by Stripe, PayPal, etc.) are generally non-refundable. In most cases, you’ll receive the full purchase price minus any processing fees.

The refund goes back to your original payment method. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or account.

✅ Approved: Your refund will be processed within 2 business days, and you’ll receive confirmation.
❌ Denied: We’ll explain why your request doesn’t meet our refund criteria. You may appeal if you believe the decision was made in error.
⚠️ Needs More Information: We may ask for additional details or screenshots (e.g., for technical issues).
Once approved:
In certain cases, we may offer a partial refund instead of a full refund:
Partial refund amounts are decided case-by-case and communicated clearly before processing.
If you purchased a course bundle (multiple courses together):
Within 7 days: You can request a full refund for the entire bundle if you consumed less than 30% of ANY course in the bundle.
Individual course refund: If you want to refund just one course from a bundle, we can only refund based on the bundle’s proportional value (not the individual course’s standalone price).
Free courses are not eligible for refunds as there is no purchase price.
However, if you encounter technical issues with free courses, please contact support and we’ll resolve the issue.
Pre-recorded courses with live components:
Private one-on-one or group sessions:
Currently, Primeversity operates on a per-course purchase model, not a subscription.
If we introduce subscriptions in the future, a separate refund policy will apply to those memberships.

If an instructor offers a custom policy, it will be clearly displayed on the course page before purchase. Those terms override this general policy for that specific course.

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company (chargeback) without first contacting us, we may:
